You’ll build hands-on skills in evidence collection and ethical, unbiased interviewing, followed by mastering root cause analysis tools such as the 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, and fault tree analysis. In the final stretch, you’ll craft professional investigation reports, examine real-world case studies to connect theory with practice, and conclude with the legal and ethical dimensions of investigative work.
