Human Resource Management
This course provides a comprehensive exploration of the principles, functions, and practices of Human Resource Management (HRM). Throughout the semester, students will examine key topics such as the legal environment, job analysis, human resource planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, remuneration, occupational safety, industrial relations, and employee rights.
